Fiano, Primitivo, Nero d’Avola…

Where does the Italian South actually begin? Possibly on the terrace of the Hotel Sirenuse in Positano, with a fresh, bright Fiano in your glass and salty sea air in your nose? Or perhaps further north, in Tuscany, with its cypress-crested summer hills? Each one of us sees it differently. And so it should be. For us the Italianità of the South begins where the Sangiovese grape grows and ends on the southernmost tip of Sicily with the richly fruited opulence of the Nero d’Avola. On our wine-related journeys of discovery between Florence and Palermo, we have discovered old grape varieties and got to know charismatic wine growers. We work with them to bring authentic wines, cultivated under controlled organic conditions, into our bottles. With these crus, each bearing its own unique stamp left by the terroir and cultivation, we portray the Italian South from a particularly seductive perspective: from the perspective of the wine itself.
